The terms and conditions set out below are to be applied to the use of this website. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use this website.

Payment

All transactions are processed in CAD, tax is excluded.

Products

  1. Each piece of artwork is unique and handmade, therefore the dimensions may vary, and you may encounter minor imperfections due to the handmade nature - all of which are part of the final piece(s).

  2. Artwork is packaged with care and is signed, dated, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

  3. Care and attention has been taken to capture an accurate representation of each product being sold online. Screens do vary in colour, so your screen may not show a true representation of the physical product on sale.

  4. Commissions for bespoke pieces are not being accepted at this time.

  5. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

  6. All purchases are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted at this time due to several economic, logistical and shipping challenges.

Shipping

  1. Orders are shipped out within 1 - 3 working days unless stated otherwise online, and updates of shipping are sent via email.

  2. Zena Hamon provides worldwide shipping.

  3. Purchases over $20+ will be shipped using a tracked service. You will receive an email with the tracking number so you are able to monitor its shipment.

  4. Postage times currently vary. Within Canada expect to receive your item within 10 working days. For everywhere outside of Canada, it can take up to 21 days to deliver anywhere outside of Canada.

  5. Purchased products with ‘pick up’ selected, must be collected within 14 days of the date of purchase, or Zena Hamon reserves the right to cancel the order.

  6. The buyer is responsible for the order once you are provided with the tracking number. If the package becomes lost or stolen, a claim will need to be filed by the customer and not Zena Hamon. Zena Hamon will not be responsible, and will not issue a refund, replacement, exchange or credit. Zena cannot be held responsible for late or missing deliveries.

  7. Please also be aware the customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping and billing address. If the item is delivered to the wrong address, the customer must take their own actions to resolve the issue.

  8. Zena Hamon cannot determine or be responsible for any unexpected import tax duties or any other shipping fees that the customer may incur. Any outstanding fees must be paid by the customer.

All artwork, design, imagery, photography and writing used on zenahamon.com and @zenahamon remain the property of Zena Hamon, and written permission is required to reproduce or replicate such property.
