ABOUT MY CLASSES

I am an artist and have studied nature, art and yoga as healing modalities. My real yoga journey began when I became part of the incredible YYOGA community, which inspired me to complete my Hatha and Yin training with Lucy St John and Niki Inglis at Wholebody Paradigm.

I enjoy sharing an authentic practice full of heart, including anatomical knowledge with skeletal variation awareness. Both certifications were trauma informed and explored cultural sensitivity, which I believe is integral to support true inclusion within the yoga community.

My fascination with exploring a slower practice grows every day, learning how a quieter process can nourish our mind, body and nervous system, to help us move through life with more ease and grace. I am deeply passionate about helping my students find emotional and physical nurturance, by offering choice, modifications, and encouragement for self-expression.
